FAQ
What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership in a creative and transformative process that inspires and empowers clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.
What isn’t coaching?
The coaching modality differs from therapy in that coaching primarily focuses on the present and desired future states while therapy focuses more on the past experiences and their influence on the present state. Coaching is also different from advising in that advising is often within the boundaries of the coach’s own experiences and knowledge while coaching ensures opportunity to tap into client’s own wisdom, strengths and capabilities, alongside utilizing the tools, strategies, and worldviews of the coach as useful.
